Show NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 81-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 1 OF THE VERNAL CITY UNIFORM BUILDING CODE PERTAINING TO BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE. Section 1. Title 10 of the revised ordinances of Vernal City is hereby amended to read as follows : Section 10-01-002. Repeal of Fee Schedule. Table No. 3-A Building Permit Fees of the Uniform Building Code, 1979 Edition, is hereby repealed and the following follow-ing substitute Table No. 3-A Revised Building Permit Per-mit Fees is hereby adopted. TOTAL VALUATION: Up to $500 FEES: $5.00 $501 to $2,000: FEES: $5.00 for the first $500 plus $1.00 for each additional $100 or fraction thereof, up to and including $2,000. $2001 to $25,000: FEES: $20.00 for the first $2,000 plus $3.00 for each additional addi-tional $1,000 or fraction thereof, up to and including in-cluding $25,000. $25,001 to $50,000: FEES: $170.50 for the first $25,000 plus $4.50 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, up to and including $50,000. $50,011 to $100,000: FEES: $283.00 for the first $50,000 plus $3.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, up to and including $100,000. $100,001 and up: FEES: $433.00 for the first $100,000 plus $2.50 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof. Section 2. This ordinance or-dinance shall take effect immediately upon passage as provided by law. ADOPTED, PASSED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this 6th day of May, 1981.
