They were Chad Slaugh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Slaugh; Doug S. Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Allen; and Greg Morrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lyn Morrill. Chad is a Uintah High School graduate and has been away to college for a short time. He is waiting for his mission call on an LDS mission. Greg is an Eagle Scout. He is a senior at Uintah High School, where he is active in FFA as an officer. He was the winner of the club's Star Chapter Farmers Award. Doug is active in the Jensen Ward having served as both Deacons and Teachers quorum president. He enjoys many hobbies, especially horsemanship. hor-semanship. He has shown and ridden in several horse shows. His favorite sport is basketball. All three of the awards were presented to the young men by Bishop Lyn Morrill. |
