Show Vernal condo project financed A Salt Lake developer has joined forces with a California television actor to finance the development of a 374 unit condominium structure in Vernal according ac-cording to the Salt Lake Enterprise newspaper. Jim Bolden, former president of Chrystal Development has formed a new company, Westshire Group, to work with his other development firm, Bolden-Millecam, in the development and sales of the Vernal condominiums. Another partner in the development is the Los Angeles firm Rogcrs-Rousso, which is owned by television actor Wayne Rogers. Bolden said the Vernal project will take six years to complete and will involve in-volve a $25 million investment. He said he has already been contacted about pre-sales and expects the condominiums con-dominiums to sell briskly as a result of the recent energy boom in that area. Bolden added that he is in the process of selling Chrystal Development to businessmen Vance McDonald and Ken Sitzberger and that he will remain partners part-ners with them in Chrystal Development's planned luxury eight-plex eight-plex in downtown Park City. |
