Show Ballard 1 Telintha Rasmussen i Phone 722-4875 J T Rasmussen visits family Telintha Rasmussen returned home after visiting her children in California, Phoenix, Ariz., and Atlanta, Georgia. The highlights of her trip were seeing her oldest grandson, Kobert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Rasmussen, become an Eagle Scout in the Upland Stake Center in Upland, Calif., March 31. She also saw Robert win the gold medal playing basketball in the Explorer Olympics held April 2 in Upland Stake. She got to see her grandson named and blessed by his father, Joseph, in Ontario, On-tario, Calif. She saw her daughter, Carol Huntzinger's new home in Hayward, Calif., visited for a week in Atlanta, Georgia with her son, Lloyd and sister-in-law, Margret Mobler. She also visited with her daughter, SharAnn Bleyl and family in Phoenix, Ariz., and saw the place where their son, Brian, was abducted Feb. 28. Brian was last seen knocking on an apartment apart-ment door where two men lived. His bike was found behind a clump of weeds and dirt behind the building. He has never been found. Brian was collecting on his paper route at the time of his disappearance. Telintha was gone over a month. Mr. and Mrs. Mont Poulson of Rockland, Idaho spent 2',i weeks here visiting at their daughter's home, Elaine Shisler, and another daughter in Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clark have a new baby girl born April 7. She weighed 5 lbs. 14 oz. and was named Bobbie Dawn Daisy. She was born in the Duchesne County Houpital. Grandparents Grand-parents are Charlotte Ferguson of Montrose, Colo., and Donna Renzo of Salt Lake City. Great grandfather is John Leak of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. La von Anderson have a new daughter, born April 13 in the Duchesne County Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 8 oz. and was named Elizabeth Mary. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Sharon Anderson of Roosevelt and Mrs. Leota Bernbt of Merrill, Wis., great grandparent is Marvin Hamilton of Roosevelt. Max and Pearl Cook have another son, born April 21 in the Uintah County hospital in Vernal. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and was named Pete Ernest. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cook and Minnie Ralston. Great grandparent grand-parent is Mike Thrurlo of New Mexico. This makes four boys for the Cooks. Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Mary Ellen Kettle have a new daughter born April 20 in the Duchesne County Hospital. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Alan O'Driscoll of Myton and Mr. and Mrs. I-ester Kettle of Hartford. Mr. and Mrs. Orlo and Janett , Spencer, had a Mother's Day dinner at their home last Sunday honoring his mother, Zolla Spencer of Neola. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Glen Spencer and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Powell of Vernal. Telintha Rasmussen and Clara Timothy attended a missionary farewell in Maeser last Sunday for Patrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Carroll who is going to Germany on an LDS mission. Patrick is their nephew. ' Telintha Rasmussen' has another ; grandson born March 29 in the Doctor's Hospital in Claremont, Calif., San Bernadino County. He weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. and was named Brett LeRoy. Other grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Elden L. Radmall of Claremont, Calif. Great grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jay Radmall of Salt Lake City. |
