Jr. High PTSA to meet May 19 The Farent, Teacher, Student organization of Vernal Junior Higr School will hold a General meeting or May 19 at 7 p.m. in room 6SS at the junior high building. New officers will be selected for the coming year, and goals will be discussed. Only members can vote, but anyone interested is encouraged tc attend, stated PTSA officers. Some of the goals to be discussed are the improvement of school grounds getting better acquainted with the teachers and holding a "Back to School Night" for parents and teachers. Also planned is a monthly information newsletter for parents. "We hope to better serve both the students and parents. We would appreciate ap-preciate any ideas or volunteers and plan to make next year a successful year for our junior high students," states LaDawna Bowden, president elect of the PTSA group.
