Then the posters may be put up the next day with the primary elections elec-tions and assembly on the 20th. The final voting will take place the 22nd and 23rd. The pep club elections will be held April 15 for those who will be in a pep club next vear. SENIOR PROM is coming April 17. The concert band performed at Viewmont yesterday, and there was a junior choir festival at Davis this morning in which Xela participated. LAST WEEKEND the national na-tional forensics league tournament tourna-ment was held and our own Steve Mason qualified to go to the national competition in San Francisco this June. He competes com-petes in humorous readings. Mike Hassett placed third in both extemporaneous speaking speak-ing and the Lincoln Douglas debate; Todd William placed third in orator and Alisha Had-ley Had-ley and Brooks Glenn placed fourth and fifth respectively in their humourous readings. The NFL Student Congress competition com-petition is taking place today at East High. The game today is at 3: 15 on the Wildcat's home field. Next Tuesday they have a game against Viewmont on our field and we would like to encourage encour-age everyone to come and support sup-port our baseball team because this ought to be a really good game. The final election was on Tuesday morning.
