THE GROOM is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley M. Smoot of Centerville. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Bradford of Salt Lake City. A wedding breakfast was held at the Lion house following follow-ing the ceremony and a reception recep-tion was held at the Armstrong Mansion (the offices of Sky Properties Leasing of which the groom is a partner).
