The agency that declared most of the downtown "blighted" will turn around and find you some "comparable" housing. Gee, thanks, but "No Thanks!" AND WHAT about comparable? compa-rable? Comparable doesn't mean equal; it is an estimate where equal is an exact. In the housing field you can look for a lot of estimates and juggling of points and values to get a comparison. com-parison.
