Show Civil Service Tests For Range Aid Set The Tenth U. S. Civil Service Mion today announced an examination exam-ination for the position of Range Uje for filling positions in the U S Department of the Interior mi other Federal agencies. Salaries Salar-ies range from $2960 to $4525 a year. To qualify, applicants must have had from one to five years appropriate appro-priate experience or training and in addition must pass a written examination designed to measure ability to understand, learn and interpret in-terpret regulations and practices and, in general to perform the juti'es of the position. Appointments to these positions will be career-conditional unless otMrwi.se limited. The first year of a career-conditional appointment will be a probationary period. Upon Up-on satisfactory completion of the probational period, employees acquire ac-quire a competitive civil service status.
