Show Bertha Angus Violet Gentry PINK AND BLUE SHOWER HONORS MRS. DART Mrs. Paul Foote entertained a number of friends at her home Wednesday evening at a pink and blue shower in honor of Mrs. Ralph Dart. Games and a program were enjoyed by the following guests: Edna Drollinger, Enid Nelson, Gladys Dart, Helen Odekirk, Colleen Col-leen Jones, Francis Lloyd, Joy Kil-lian, Kil-lian, Delores Zobell, Beatrice Win-terton, Win-terton, Celia Richens, Thelma Rob-ison, Rob-ison, Edith Gentry, Joleen Robison and guest of honor. The following program was enjoyed: en-joyed: song, Beth Dart; reading, Celia Richens; duet, Carolyn Foote and Beth Dart; two numbers by Joleen Robison on piano accord-ian. accord-ian. Refreshments were served to the group. Mr.s. Henry Nelson and James Lloyd made a trip to Duchesne Wednesday, where they attended the Welfare Board meeting. Mrs. Virgil' Mecham, of Hancock Cove, called on her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lemon, Monday of last week. Mrs. Reed Lemon left Saturday for Salt Lake to get acquainted with her new granddaughter, born Friday to Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Lemon. Lem-on. Friends at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Dart pheasant hunting last week were Mr. and Mrs. Don strong and two sons, of Salt Lake City, Rodney Porter, Keith Reading, Read-ing, Lowell Steed and John Porter, all of Centerville. Mrs. Roy French and son, Far-rell, Far-rell, of Ogden, and Mrs. Edmond Webb visited Mrs. Tom Gentry one day last week. ENTERTAINS CLUB Mrs. Edith Gentry entertained the Thursday Club at her home Nov. 17. Due to the snow storm, some of the members were unable to attend. Those enjoying the afternoon af-ternoon and delicious refreshments were: Olive Sorensen, Mattie Mor-tensen, Mor-tensen, Sarah Brokaw and Gladys Dart. Mrs. Nancy Drollinger, of Salt Lake City, visited her son, Clifford Clif-ford Drollinger and family and daughter, Mrs. Ralph Dart, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Griffin, of Whiterocks visited at the O. A. Dart farm Wednesday evening. |
