Show LeetonBeiinett Fern Houston ATTEND CONFERENCE Mr. and Mrs. Clair Haslem attended at-tended the two-stake Relief Society So-ciety conference at Vernal Friday of last week. They visited with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Southam while there. Winfred Long has gone to Blanding where he has employment. employ-ment. Mrs. Oral Coltharp entertained at a dinner Thursday evening. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Yack, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Yack and Mr. and Mrs. George Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Palmer of Roseville, Calif., visited Tuesday at the Winfred Long home. TESTED COOKERS Miss Mary Lois Reichert of Roosevelt gave instruction on the care of pressure cookers and tested the gauges at the church house Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Houston made two trips to Provo with furniture for George Houston who with his family have moved to Provo to make their home. Mr. Houston has employment with a building contractor. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Harmston spent the week end at the Harmston Harm-ston Cabin in Uintah Canyon, with i Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Harmston Mrs. F. Alan Brewer was rushed to the Vernal Hospital Saturday, suffering a heart attack. At the ( present time she is feeling better. Mrs. M. A.
