Sutteer, national committeeman, and Denny Martin, commander of District 9, American Ameri-can Legion, were among the seven Utah department delegates who attended a membership conference in Helena, Montana, Aug. 18 an 19. Six western states were represented, re-presented, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana Oregon and Washington. Mr. Sutteer and Mr. and Mrs. Martin are making plans to attend the national convention that will be held in Los Angeles Sept. 3 and 6. - i
