Show bluebell Mrs. Garda Seeley Mrs. Leonard Goodrich left on Thursday for Salt Lake where she entered a Salt Lake Hosital where she underwent an operation on Friday. Leonard went to Salt Lake on Friday returning home the same day Sacrament Meeting The following girls received Individual In-dividual Awards in Sacrament Meeting on Sunday evening, Sha-na Sha-na Lee Winkler, Janet Seeley, Rita ' Powell, Daphine Lisonbee, Dorthella Murray, Jean Raming-ton, Raming-ton, Phylis Powell, Jeanne Seeley, Mary Lee Lisonbee, La Ree Lar-sen, Lar-sen, Carolvn Goodrich and' Carma Atwood. Also in Sacrament meeting Gene Bristol was graduated from Primary and is now ready to be ordained a Deacon. Guest speakers speak-ers in Sacrament Meeting were Elder Gilbert and Elder Ross from Arcadia and Bob Goodrich from Bluebell. A chorus sang two numbers, num-bers, "Lord Thou Wilt Hear Me" and "Praise The Lord." Those singing in the chorus were Carolyn Car-olyn Goodrich, Shanna Lee Winkler, Wink-ler, Carma Atwood, Bob Goodrich, Good-rich, Udell Winkler, Jay Goodrich, Good-rich, Garth Remington and Lynn Cook. Mrs. Ruby Allred and Miss Mary Ma-ry Stevenson of Roosevelt visited vi-sited on Tuesday here with friend's and relatives Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Moon, Mrs. Meda Moon and Miss Edith Lloyd of Riverton were visiting on Saturday Sat-urday at the Claud Mathew's home. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich Good-rich accompanied Mrs. Thelma Robinson of Ioka to Price on Tuesday to visit Blianey and La Rene Kimball and' family, They report that Wendy who recently underwent a heart operation is slowel.y' recovering. Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee of Bridgeland visited one day here with Shelby's mother, Mrs. Mary Lisonbee. Boyd Goodrich has completed his summer school at the BYU and is spending a few days here with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Goodrich. Boyd left on Monday Mon-day for Idaho Falls where he will be married to Miss Vera Curtis in the Idaho Falls Tample on August 24th. His parents and other members of his family will join him later in the week to accompany Boyd thru the Temple. Celebrates 4th Birthday Among those attending Valerie Timothy's 4th birthday party at the Roosevelt City Park on Tuesday Tues-day were Teresa Timothy, Carol Goodrich and Kirk Seeley. An afternoon of fun was enjoyed by the youngesters and they were treated' with cake and ice cream. Each received a hat and a horn. The Bluebell girls Soft Ball Team played the Mt. Emmons girls Softball on Tuesday.. The score was 11-23 in favor of the Bluebell girls. The following Ladies attended Relief Society Two Stake Convention Conven-tion at Duchesne on Thursday: Berneice Atwood, Loretta Murray, Zella Goodrich, Laura Seeley, Agnes Ag-nes Larsen, Lois Goodrich and Sylvia Goodrich. The two General Board members were Mrs. Elliot and Mrs. Hamen. Mrs. Laura Seeley and' Mrs. Betty Lou Goodrach were Price visitors vi-sitors during the week. |
