Show Proclamation ISSUED BY THE UTE TRIBAL FISH AMD GAME BOARD WtiniK&AS, under tne provisions provi-sions oi Section V of the Ordinance Or-dinance aaopted by tne Uintbh and Ouray '.tribal .Business Committee, Com-mittee, October 9, 1950, the Ute Tribal Fish & Game Board is given authority to make proclamations procla-mations and to declare seasons on hunting, fishing, bag limits and other regulations, and WHEREAS the Ute Tribal Fish & Game Board has made due and thorough investigation and received recommendations from the Ute Indians. AND NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE UTE TRIBAL FISH & GAME BOARD PROCLAIM THAT THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS REGULA-TIONS BE EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 1951: No persons, other than enrolled enroll-ed Ute Indians shall be allowed to fish in any reservation waters without first securing a Ute Tribal Tri-bal fishing license, in addition to a Utah State fishing license. All non-Indians fishing within the boundaries of the Uintah ana uuray inuian ivesei vauuu must conform to the rules and regulations governing seasons, hours, daily bag limit, possession posses-sion limit, etc., as prescribed by the Utah State Fish & Game Commission and the Ute Tribal Fish & Game Board. All Uintah and Ouray Reservation Reser-vation waters shall be open to the public (holding proper licenses), licen-ses), for fishing except for the following described area: The Uintah River from the Power Plant bridge in Uintah Canyon, down to where it crosses the Lapoint road. Said waters having hav-ing been closed as a conservation conserva-tion measure, will remain closed until declared, by the Ute Tribal Tri-bal Fish & Game Board, as being be-ing sufficiently restocked to warrant re-opening.
