Show iHeHtoet-tttcharcft Colleen Blanchard Sunday Fire Burns Sheds And Hay A fire Sunday at the home of Norman Fenn destroyed part of his sheds and a haystack. It was brought under' control Sunday .about 10 a. m. Until the wind changed, it ' looked as if the fire would destroy de-stroy all the sheds and hay. Cause of the fire is unknown. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Crow and daughter, Cleo, have gone to Riverton, Wyo., to visit Mr. and Mrs. Earl Eskelson, who have a new baby boy. Mr. and Mrs. Parley Alexander Alexan-der and family, of Shelton, Washington, have returned to Montwel to make their home. A few people here have changed cars all at once: a new Buick for James Powell, new Hudson for Vick Brown, new Chev. pickup for the Borens, a Plymouth for Art Brown, a Chev. for Howard Crapo. "Welcome Home Jenny," a 3-act play, was presented by the Montwel drama department last Tuesday night. Everyone enjoyed it. The cast did very well. F. E. Reynolds has returned to his work in Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Roberts, of Pleasant Grove, attended church here Sunday. Mrs. Bennie Gagon visited Mr. and Mrs. Wm. H. Blanchard Sunday. A Fireside was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin R. Mower Sunday evening with Bishop Hamblin as the speaker. A few chapters of "Alma" were reviewed by Arlene Parry and ! refreshments were served. |
