Show WMS HAS PARTY I The Women's Missionary Society So-ciety of the Baptist church ob-' ob-' served their 4th birthday last Thursday afternoon in the form , of a flower social at the home of Mrs. Harold Dillman. The color scheme of the organization, organiza-tion, lavender and white, prevailed pre-vailed in the individual crepe-I crepe-I paper corsages and luncheon ideas. Prior to the luncheon and games, which comprised the af-Iternoon af-Iternoon entertainment, was a devotional hour arranged by Mrs. James Butcher. Two recordings, re-cordings, "More Love to Thee," and "I'm Praying For You," were played, with organ and chime accompaniment. Eighteen guests enjoyed the afternoon, highlighted by the exchange of pal gifts. Social committee in charge included Mrs. Dillman, Mrs. Ed Coston, of Alterra, and Mrs. Frank Mc-Clure. Mc-Clure. Children of the ladies present were entertained at a party in the church nursery. |
