Show OPS Warns About Retail Pricing Retail clothing, shoe, furniture and floor covering dealers who are pricing merchandise for sale under OPS regulation "7" without first filing a price chart j with the district OPS office are violating OPS regulations, Del-bert Del-bert M. " Mr. Draper pointed out that the deadline for filing the chart has been extended to April 30, 1951, and that retailers may begin be-gin to price under regulation '7' just as soon as a copy of the chart is filed with the OPS office of-fice in Salt Lake City. . Approximately 5000 retailers, big and little in Utah, who deal in clothing, shoes, furniture and floor coverings must prepare the charts. |
