Show flecla Open House Honors Couple, Sunday Open house was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Peterson Sunday in honor of Mr. and Mrs. James O. Peterson's Peter-son's 50th wedding anniversary. Many friends called to wish them happiness in their later years. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Eksund and family have returned from a weeks vacation, touring all parts of California and Tiajuana, Mexico. While in San Diego, a couple of days were spent with Mr. Eksund's sister and family, who reside there. I Mr. and Mrs. Rea Peterson ! and family, and Mrs. Ada Hutch-eons Hutch-eons and family, all of Salt Lake jCity, spent the weekend with relatives here. Jenna Lee Keele is spending a few days in Provo with relatives. rela-tives. Mrs. Irene Henrie left Sunday Sun-day for Springville, where she will spend a week visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Q. Allred. Babies blessed in Sacrament meeting Sunday were, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Phillips, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mel-vin Mel-vin Jex, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Taylor, of Vernal, spent Sunday visiting their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Taylor. Mrs. Don Davis and children, of Vernal, spent a few days visiting vis-iting Mr. and Mrs. Loren Mills. The parents of Melvin Jex, of Salt Lake City, spent a few days visiting their son and family.
