Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 84-12C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission w ill hold a public hearing hear-ing on TUESDAY, November 6. 1984 at 7:00 PM. or as soon thereafter as the matter mat-ter can be heard, in the Planning Department Conference Room, 790 So. 100 East. Bounti-' Bounti-' ful. Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine de-termine the interest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving or disapproving a conditional condi-tional use permit for Mr. Harold L. Munro, 250 West 1600 North. Mr. Munro has applied for said permit to use his property for repair service and enclosed storage. A conditional use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular area, if the developer is willing to comply with specific conditions that are out-lined out-lined in the zoning ordinance, to assure compatibility with surrounding sur-rounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this request. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to voice opinion, either for or against, in writing writ-ing or by agent or attorney.
