Show NOTICE OF 1 DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY Robert C. Gross, Successor Suc-cessor Trustee, that a default has occurred under that certain Trust Deed dated the 14th day of March, 1983, executed by Susan H. Preston, as Trustor, in favor of Moore Financial of Utah, a Utah corporation, corpora-tion, the Deed of Trust having been recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder, Recor-der, State of Utah, on March 15, 1983, as Entry En-try No. 635278 in Book 934, Page 1044 of official offi-cial records, all relating relat-ing to and describing the real property situated situ-ated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, particularly described as'follows: All of Lot 25, MAPLE HILLS SUBDIVISION, NO. 2, PLAT A, being a part of Section Sec-tion 33, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Bountiful City, Davis County, Utah, excepting therefrom: Beginning Begin-ning at the Southwest South-west corner of said Lot 25, and running thence North 3 degrees de-grees 56'22" East 173.20 feet along a line common to said Lot 25, and Lot 26, thence North 76 degrees de-grees 41'09" East 28.00 feet, thence South 12 degrees 19' 13" West 183.46 feet to Point of Beginning. Be-ginning. (05-074-0025) Said Deed of Trust secures certain obligations obliga-tions under a Promissory Prom-issory Note dated . March 14, 1983, in the original principal amount of $27,000.00 and bearing interest at the rate of ten percent (10) per annum. The default which has occurred is the breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed con-veyed as security and consists of the failure of the Trustor to pay the monthly installment install-ment due February 15, 1984 and each monthly installment due thereafter. there-after. T here is now due and owing to Moore Financial of Utah the sum of $28,624.98, together wilh interest from July 17, 1984, at the rate provided in said Promissory Note. There is also due all of the expenses and costs of these foreclosure proceedings. That by reason of such default, Moore Financial of Utah, the present beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, has executed and delivered to said Successor Trustee, a written declaration of default and demand for sale and has deposited with said Trustee such Deed of Trust and all documents evidencing, the obligation secured thereby and has declared de-clared and does hereby declare all sums secured se-cured thereby immediately immedi-ately due and payable and has elected and does hereby elect to cause the trust property proper-ty to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured thereby.
