The evening included a roast baron of beef dinner, a slide show re-capping the I984 season and the presentation of $500 scholarships to 2 1 employees attending a college or university this fall. Employees from all departments were eligible. ; RECIPIENTS from the Rides Di-: Di-: vision, the largest employer on the Park, included, Janet Silver, i : Gary Knighton. Kelly DeJong and Winners of the 1984 Lagoon and Pioneer Village $500 college scholarships are these Davis County students. Two special service awards in the amount of $300 each were given to April Wood of the Grounds Department De-partment and Mel Lotz from games. LAGOON AND Pioneer Village is now closed for 1974, but will reopen re-open in April of 1975 for new and exciting "World of Entertainment." |
