Show NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS FOR SALE OF PUBLIC LANDS Davis County School District is accepting bids for: BID No. 41115-1 Sale of Property: 11.5 Acres, Layton, Utah, Corner of Gentile and Fairfield Road. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Davis County School District, Dis-trict, Office of the Clerk of the Board, 45 East State Street, Farmington, Utah until un-til 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Thurs-day, November 15, 1984 for the purpose of selling to the highest and best bidder real property located at the corner of Gentile Street and Fairfield Road in the City of ' 7 Layton, County ot Davis, State of Utah The property shall be sold "as is" free and clear of all hens or encumbrances except those listed on Preliminary Pre-liminary Title Report dated September 11, 1984, which may be examined ex-amined along with plats of the property which are on file in the offices of the Director of Buildings and Grounds of Davis County School District at 45 East State Street, Farmington, Utah. Such property shall be offered only as an entity in a single parcel to the highest and best bidder. Bids shall be opened at 2:00 o'clock P.M. November 15, 1984 at the District Administration Adminis-tration Office in Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah (public invited) and sale made to the highest and best bidder in a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Davis County School District at 45 East State Street, Farmington, Utah on the 20th day of November, 1984, at 7:00 o-clock P.M. Terms of the sale shall be cash with the final closing to bewith- V. the in two weeks from tne date the highest and best bid is accepted by the Board of Education. Educa-tion.
