Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT Notice is hereby given by the undersigned. under-signed. Stephen I. Oda, (trustee) that under the trust deed, made, executed and delivered by Shigeru Shimada & Misuko Shimada. as trustor, to Utah Title & Abstract Company, as trustee, on February 10, 1972, covering certain real property therein described de-scribed to secure certain cer-tain obligations in favor of Shigeru Shimada Shi-mada & Misuko Shimada, Shi-mada, as beneficiary, such trust deed being recorded on March 3, 1982 in Book 895 of trust deeds at page 553, in the office of the County recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, a breach of the obligations for which such trust deed is security has occurred in that the trustors have failed to pay note obligation April I, 1972 plus accrued -interest which Note is secured by said trust deed, and that the undersigned trustee has elected to consider all of the principal prin-cipal and interest due in consequence oi me default, in accordance with the terms of such Note and trust deed, and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described de-scribed in such trust deed to satisfy obligation. obliga-tion.
