Show JOIM, LAI1 DIES 01 COAST Word was received today of the death in Los Angeles of John. M. Laing, who had many friends in Ogden. Og-den. One of the Los Angeles papers gives this account of the death: John M. Laing for the last thirty years western representative of William Broadhead & Son's Woolen Wool-en Mills of Jamestown, N. Y., died on Tuesday at tho home of his daughter, Mrs. George M. Shelton of No. 1635 North Harvard boulevard. boule-vard. Mr. Lang had made Los Angeles his residence for seventeen years. He was born In Kemptvllle, Can., in 1943, and for several years was engaged in tho dry goods business In Council BlufTs, Iowa.
