Show WOODMEN 1 10 AID SOLDIER BOYS In order that tho fraternal spirit extending ex-tending in peace times throughout the organization of the Woodmen of the World may not drop during the war, when thousands of members of this order are away from their home camps and fighting for the nation, the organization organ-ization has made a plan to keep all members who are In tho army in good standing in their home camps without cost to them. Every member at home will be required re-quired to pay Into the patriotic relief fund 10 cents for each thousand dollars dol-lars of protection he is carrying. This patriotic relief fund money will bo used for paying the dues and other obligations ob-ligations of the members In the army and their standing will thus be preserved pre-served and, when they return from war, they will be able to resume their lodge standing on its former footing. The fund will also be used to assist in meeting the unusual demands on both tho general and benefit funds of the society during tho war. This Information has been sent to the Ogden camp from I. L Boak, head consul at Denver, and C. V. Benson, head clerk. It will effect several Ogden Og-den men, members of the W. O. W. who have Joined the army hero. nn |
