Show PRIMARY HALL CELEBRATION. The new Primary hall at the State School for the Deaf and Blind was formally dedicated yesterday afternoon, after-noon, with a flno program of speeches and music. While the attendance was not large, owing to the Inclement weather, those present felt well repaid re-paid for their visit to tho school. In addition to the special program, the guests were interested by an Inspection Inspec-tion of the new building, which was pronounced as well suited to the purpose pur-pose for which it was erected. Among tho prominent people who participated In the celebration were Governor and Mrs. William Spry, Attorney At-torney General and Mrs. A. R. Barnes, State Senators William Craig, J. W. Thornby and D. C. RIdeout; Dr. B. G. Gowans, state superintendent of public pub-lic instruction, and Mrs. Gowans, and Tiustees Maud May Babcock, Thomas E. McKay, J. D. Volkor and Mrs. A. B. Corey. |
