The matter of no women being in the machine was especially emphasized by both men. The other witnesses testified that there were women either in or near the machine at the time of the accident. acci-dent. Dr. E. W. Smedley of Bountiful, Bounti-ful, who was on the electric car at the time the automobile was struck, testified that there was at least one woman In the automobile and that her hair was hanging loose.
