Applica-tion Applica-tion for the dissolution of the rcqeiv-ership rcqeiv-ership of the Wabash railroad and for a decree of foreclosure was made to jH Elmer- R.- Adams, United States circuit judge, here todny by attorneys repre-senting repre-senting the bondholders, the Equit- fl able Trust company of New York, trustee, and the receivers. Judge Adams took the application under advisement. The foreclosure, if it takes place, is to be under a mortgage of $41,929,000 to secure is-sues is-sues of refunding and equipment bonds. Judge Adams intimated that he would announce a final foreclo-sure foreclo-sure decree within ten days. fl St. Louis. Mo., Jan. 29.
