Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-8318 (73-2296) Jay L. and Wilma L. Allred and Galen J. and Barbara G. Allred, P. O. Box 597, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 40.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 25428 (73-1032). (73-1032). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 302 ft. deep at a point S. 2610 ft. and W. 2940 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23, T34S, RllW; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 10.0 acs. in SW',4 Sec. 14, NWV4 Sec. 23, T34S, RllW. Hereafter, 40.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 12-inch well, 300-400 ft. deep at a point N. 2370 ft. and E. 150 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, RllW (2'2 mi. north of Cedar City); and used for industrial, maintenance shed and sanitation facilities; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 7.0 acs. in NW4NWV4SEV4 Sec. 34, T35S, RllW. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before May 24, 1975.
