Show Junior High School Building. Bids will be in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by John S. Rowley, Architect, and same may be obtained from the Architect upon receipt of $100 deposit per set made payable to the Architect and which deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days of the date set for the Bid Opening. Prequalification of bidders is required. Prior to any bidder receiving drawings and specifications, it will be necessary that he have on file with the Architect and the Iron County School Board, completed and approved, a prequalification statement pertaining to contractor's con-tractor's experience and financial condition. Bids will be received until the hour of 7 p.m. May 5, 1975 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Board Room of The Iron County Board of Education. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5 percent) per-cent) of the bid, made payable to the Iron County School Board shall accompany bid. If certified or cashier's check is used in lieu of Bid Bond, a certificate from an approved Surety Company guaranteeing execution of a 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bod must accompany bid. The Iron County School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality for-mality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Board. All laborers, workmen, mechanics and apprentices employed on this project shall be paid not less than the general prevailing wage rates as set forth in the current wage schedules of the Utah State Industrial In-dustrial Commission.
