Please share your favorite by sending it to me at 116 N. 200 E. or calling 586-759. This week's recipe is for another yummy set salad. MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD 2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin 1 cup cold water 1 can (10'i oz) condensed cream of celery soup '7 tsp. salt 2 TV. lemon juice 1 tsp. instant minced onion 1 cup salad dressing 2 TB. diced piminto 1 cup diced celery 2 cups diced cooked chicken Sprinkle gelatin over water in medium sauce pan. Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatin dissolves (about 4 minutes) Remove from heat; stir in undiluted cream of celery soup, salt, lemon juice, instant minced onion and salad dressing; beat with rotary beater until smooth. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Add . celery and chicken and piminto. Chill until firm. Yield 6 servings. |
