Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6928 (75-1415) Edgar Benson, Ben-son, P. O. Box 171, Parowan, Utah 84761 proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 0.015 sec. ft. andor 4.90 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 37736 (T5-1415). The water lias been diverted from a 6-inch well 75-200 ft. deep at a point N. 250 ft. & W. 1275 ft. from EK Cor. Sec. 1, T34S, R10W; and used for the stockwatering of 175 cattle In Sy2NE4 Sec. 1, T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft. and or 4.90 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 6-inch well 75-200 ft. deep at a point S. 150 ft: & W. 400 ft. from Cor. Sec. 36, T33S, R10W; and used for the stockwatering of 175 cattle in NENWi Sec. 36, T33S, R10W. a-6930 (71-1048) John E. & JoAnn Skelton, P. O. Box 33, Modena, Utah 84753 propose to change the point of diversion diver-sion and place of use of 7.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl: 17011 (71-1048). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well 248 ft. deep at a point N. 125 ft. & E. 125 ft. from SV Cor. Sec. 31, T34S, R16W; and used for the irrigation of 1.75 ac. in SEK Sec. 31, T34S, R16-W. R16-W. Hereafter, 7.0 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 6-inch well 300 ft. deep (existing) (exist-ing) at a point N. 80 ft. & W. 1550 ft. from EV Cor. Sec. 20, T35S, R17.W! and used from Mar, 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 2.02 acs. but limited to sole supply of 1.75 ac. in SWNE Sec. 20, T35S, R17W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before August 5, 1972.
