Show Randall l( Meyhew assumes post as district scout executive for area Randall K. Meyhew lhas become be-come the new District Scout Executive to serve the southwestern south-western Utah area of the Utah National Parks Council, Boy Scouts of America, replacing Glenn Ostler, who is presently moving to Oregon for another employment opportunity. Randall will be graduating this summer in Youth Leadership Leader-ship from Brigham Young University. Un-iversity. He married the former form-er Karen Keuter and they have one child. Randall is an elder in the LDS Church and served a mission to Florida In 1963. He also served in the U. S. lArmy in Hawaii for two years. : RANDALL K. Cub, Scout, and Explorer units recruit leadership, and see that all boys eight through seventeen have he opportunity opportun-ity to be registered and get involved in citizenship training, train-ing, character Ibuilding, physical physi-cal and spiritual fitness, through Scouting: Additionally he is to implement imple-ment new policies, procedures and programs outlined by the national and local council of the Boy Scouts of America and assist annual sustaining membership finance campaigns cam-paigns in each district for tlheir fair share of the council operating budget. The Meyhew's have recently recent-ly moved from Provo and are now residing in Cedar City at 197 North GOO West. |
