Mrs Lister came to get her son Lee who has been visiting vis-iting in the area for the past three weeks. ' . Mr. 'and Mrs. Bob Row of San Diego and Mrs. Frances TrevilHon of. Los Angeles were weekend visitors , here with Mrs. Elizabeth Row and also spent some time at the Hospital Hos-pital with Grandma Row. Mrs. TrevilHon is a daughter daugh-ter of Mrs. Minta Row. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Robb and Addison Brown traveled to Salt Lake City on Frl .as Mr. Robb was a delegate to the Democratic Convention held ton Sat. evening. " They also were to Ogden to see Miss Lucile Yazzie, Mrs. Ella Robb returned to Paragonah with them and will visit here for a time. Frank K. Williamson observed ob-served his 88th birthday on Mon. June 19th and the event was celebrated the day before. Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Benson and family of Parowan took ' Mr. Williamson and his wife to Five Mile for a Picnic dinner. children at the Lamoreaux home for a good visit. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Jones and family of Fredonia were here for the Father's Day weekend. They left their son, Gene, here with grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Jones and took Kenneth home with them following his week's stay here. Mr. and Mrs. D. Amasa Stones have had a host of vis- . iters this past week. Their granddaughter Brenda Stones of Cedar City and her cousin Susanne Hunger, were here for several days. On Sun. Mr. and Mrs. Carl-yle Carl-yle Mitchell and the Alan Stones family visited them and on Mon. Mrs. Susan Adams Ad-ams and two children and Mrs. Linda Green and her three were all here. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dalton and Mrs. Lula Bastian traveled trav-eled to Salt Lake City on Tues. of last week to visit with the Bill Inglesby family. Th Daltons returned home on Fri. leaving Mrs. Bastian to visit with other relatives in the Salt Lake area and in Provo. Mrs. Minta Row returned to the Valley View Medical Center on Wed. of last week in preparation for major surgery sur-gery which was performed the following day. She is reported Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Robinson' Robin-son' enjoyed having family members with them on the weekend. Hugh Robinson, son Miteh and members of his family were here and the Bud Bauer family came on Sun. Steven Barton of Salt Lake City returned to Paragonah with his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Nelson this past weekend and will visit with them for a time. Carolyn and the children have been to the City to visit with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Barton while Larry was to National Guard Summer Camp. Mr. and Mrs. John R. Lister had family members visit with them during the weekend. week-end. Jack and his family and Alan and his family, all from Washington. Mr. and Mrs. James H. Anderson An-derson spent Sat. with the Jim Low family of Beaver at their mountain horn, up Beaver Bea-ver Canyon. Of special interest to them was the report of Miss Becky Low who had just returned re-turned from her 4-H trip to to be making a satisfactory recovery. Mrs. Leah Jean Boardman was transferred from the Valley Val-ley View Medical Center to the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City on Wed. of last week. Her husband Homer drove her to the City and remained there with her until Sat. She was somewhat Improved at that time. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Robinson Rob-inson traveled to Orem and Provo on Frl. in order for Irene to keep an appointment with her Doctor there. She will spend a week with her sister, Mrs. Leora Ashton. Chester returned home Sun. Miss Gladys Edwards has been in the Valley View Medical Med-ical Center for surgery which was done on Tues. of last week. She had been hospitalized hospital-ized for treatment for a week previous. She is now convalescing in Cedar Gty at the home of her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Dix. Washington, D.C. The Anderson's weekend was also brightened by an overseas call from their son. Lamarr, who is stationed in Germany. Walter Talbot departed on Sat to go to Kaysville to spend a few days with his son Roy. Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Debus of San Diego, Calif, arrived here on Sat to spend the week at their vacation home. Robin Lamoreaux of Orem. spent last week here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lamoreaux while he was employed em-ployed in Cedar City. On Sun. he brought his fam-ily fam-ily from Orem and they will visit here and in Parowan for a week or so. On Mon. Mrs. Gaytha Benson Ben-son and children of Beaver Joined Geraldine and the |
