Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NEWS Mrs. Veda Matheson Mrs. Delia Garfield and Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Christiansen took Mrs. Garfield's Sunday School class to Salt Lake on Monday of this week. They returned on Tuesday. Those going were Karen Grimshaw, Teena Christiansen, Renee, Jean, and Evan Matheson, Lee Pace, Joyce Nelson, Elener Richardson, and Craig Burrows. Bur-rows. Mrs. Mildred and daughter Marlene are at Navajo Lake where they have employment for the summer. Eloise Wilcox, and Louise Wilcken of Clearfield visited over the week end with Eloise's sister, Cleone Wilcken and Louise's brother, Bishop Dee Wilcken and her sister Mrs. Elaine Nelson. Clint Matheson came this past week end from Salt Lake to go to Camp Williams with the National Guard. While here he visited over night with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. La-Mar La-Mar Matheson. Four local young people are participating in the Upward Bound Program this year. These are Steven Barnett, Sally Sal-ly Sherratt, Monni Dickerson, and Hazel Dawn Murie. Mrs. Birdean Murie left Monday by plane to spend two weeks in Oregon with family members. Jay Grimshaw is in Illinois where he has work for the summer. Gay Grimshaw accompanied Janet Murie to Ohio where they will work this summer with Tom and Susan lloskins. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hafen and son Terry visited over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Cressell Sherratt. Danny and Brenda Garber have gone to California, for the summer. Myra Joy Garfield went to Salt Lako on Monday of -this week to spend three weeks with Hale and Darla Mellor and family in Kearns. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lowry had as house guests this past week end, Mr. and Mrs. Steven Lowry Low-ry and baby of Layton, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lowry and children of Brigham City, and Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Schol-field Schol-field of Layton. |
