Show Michael Vilk. 72, succumbs, Burial Wednesday Michael Vilk, 73, Parowan ' resident for the past seven years, died suddenly at the Valley View Medical Center ,' on Sunday morning of unde-, unde-, termined causes. I Funeral service were held in the Parowan First Ward LDS Chapel on Wednesday afternoon af-ternoon and burial took place in the Parowan cemetery. Mr. Vilk was born Dec. 10, 1893 in Roxbury, Mass. He was married to Katherine Mo-ravic Mo-ravic Jan. 15, 1926 in Los Angeles, An-geles, after which they moved to Altadena, Calif where Mr. Vilk worked as a photo engraver en-graver for more then 30 years. Upon his retirement, he and his wife moved to Parowan in 1962. Surviving are his widow, of Parowan; two daughters, Mrs. j James (Helen) Dicho, Los Angeles; An-geles; Mrs. Victor (Mildred) Dostalek of San Luis Obispo, Calif; four grandchildren and, a brother, Julius, Foiestville, Calif. |
