Show Wirinifred Uric Dies; Accorded Final Rites Funeral sorviei-s were conduct -ed in liio Cedar Second Ward Chapel Tuesday ulteinoon for Mrs. Winitrcd I'arry Une, HI, a native of Cedar, wno d.ed Sun-I day, April 2, ot natural causes. Mrs. L'rie was born in Cedar City February 23, 1SS5, a daughter daught-er of Edward and Margaret Cor-lctt Cor-lctt Parry. bile married Thomas Roy L'rie on January 11, 1011, in the Salt Lake LUS Temple. She was a member of the Cedar Second Ward and of the Cedar City Liter-ary Liter-ary Club. burvivors include the following sons and daughters: Ernest, Salt Lake City; Scott, Roy and Richard, Rich-ard, Cedar City; Mrs. Mont tWin-frcd) tWin-frcd) Rosenberg, Roy, Utah; Mrs. Harold (Alice) Kohl, Seattle, Washington; Mrs. Clyde (Carol) Woodbury, Ogden, Utah; Mrs. Lewis (Barbara) Bergstrom, So-nora, So-nora, Calif.; 28 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. The funeral services were conducted con-ducted by Bishop Gaylord B. Whitney. Speakers were Milton Sevy, and David L. Sargent, with remarks by Bishop Whitney. Invocation was by Harry n. Lunt, benediction oy Jones, and dedication of the grave by Elwood J. Corry. Family prayer pray-er prior to the services was by Edward A. Parry. The musical program included includ-ed a vocal solo, "Where Jesus Lives" by Janice Olson; a vocal duet "End of a Perfect Day," by Howard and Orma Wood, with Bernella Jones as accompanist for both numbers, and a string ensemble, en-semble, "Going Home," by June Thorley, Robert Bradshaw, Carol Ann Jones, Hoy L. Halversen, with Evelyn Jones accompanist. Burial was in the Cedar City cemetery. |
