Lola Corenlius, mother of James and Jesse Corenlius, is in the Dixie Memorial Hospital suffering suffer-ing from a broken hip. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Conova and son of Kiverside, Calif.; spent the week end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Canova, who have just moved into the Waldo Reeves home. Miss Karen Olds spent Sunday and Monday here with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Olds. She is attending beauty school in Provo. Mrs. Marva Prince of New Harmony Har-mony spent Monday visiting her mother, Hannah Davis. Mrs. Mrs. Corma Williams Saturday, Sunday and Monday were very exciting days in our community. Stout Construction Company moved their heavy equipment into town, operated by Rowan and Gary Williams, with many of their other employees and removed many old trees and unsightly buildings. The residents resi-dents all turned out to clean up the trees. Kanarraville is making ready for its Centenial celebration celebra-tion in July. The people of the community express their appreciation appreci-ation to the construction and to Rowan and Gary for donating cheir equipment and time. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Ence attended at-tended funeral services in Cedar Hawkins nd Gleanna Williams participated in the Junior Gym Jamboree Thursday and Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Layron Christen-sen Christen-sen and family of Henderson, Nev., spent Sunday and Monday visiting with their mother and brother, Rosella and Jack Chris-tensen. Chris-tensen. Mr. and Mrs. Washington Hunter, Hun-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Gaylen Berry and children, Mrs. Janice Whitehead White-head of Cedar City visited with Mr. and Mrs. Glade Berry. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Isom and family of Kanab visited over the weekend with their mother and brother, Vaughn and Merlin Isom. Mrs. Preston Williams visited Monday in Parowan with her son and family, the Sheldon Smiths. Cindy and John Berry of Cedar City spent several days with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Berry. Verde Williams and sons Kyle and Kelly, Rowan Williams of Las Vegas and Mr. and Mrs. Garth Pollock and family of Cedar Ce-dar City visited with their mother and sister Ethna and Barbara Williams. Davis returned home with her to spend a few days. Mrs. Mabel Williams visited in Cedar City with Mr. and Mrs. Mel Adam and family, and in Parowan with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dalton and family. Kathy and Shellie Davis, Barbara Bar-bara Smith, Christine Cornelius, Pamela Christensen, Rosaliie City last week for Chuck Ahl-strom. Ahl-strom. Mrs. Velma Hope McKnight and three children of Carson City, Nevada, visited a short time with relatives and friends here.
