Show duled for surgery Monday. I Mr. and Mrs. Antone Robinson and three small sons of Salt Lake City were week end visitors here with relatives and friends. They were guests of Antone's grand-1 parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Ro-' binson. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lister and small daughter of St. George spent the week end here with Jack's parents, Mr. & Mrs. John R. Lister. Sunday the Listers traveled trav-eled to Beaver to visit Mrs. Arnold Arn-old Parkinson. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Taylor of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Taylor of Parowan were Friday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Stones. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Stones re- j ceived word Sunday that their son Milo had been installed as second counselor in the bishopric Mr. and Mrs. H. Revere Robinson also went to Beaver for the services. Mrs. Sarah Stones and Mrs. Lu-la Lu-la Bastian traveled to Beaver Sunday and attened funeral services ser-vices Monday for Wilson Heffner. j Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Robb and Mrs. Melva Barton were in Cedar City Tuesday to attend a family gathering to honor Mr. and Mrs. Penn Barton on their Golden Wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Burton Bryant are back in town after a visit in California. Cali-fornia. Mrs. Mary Goddard of Cedar City Ci-ty visited here Monday with relatives. Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux Several hundred people enjoyed attending homecoming celebration celebra-tion in Parargonah Saturday with many traveling long distances to attend the occasion. Mayor H. Revere Robinson presided pre-sided over the meeting and gave the welcoming speech. Ivan Robb was the master of ceremonies. The speakers gave many points i of interest in the development of Paragonah and tribute was paid to all former town officials, many of them being present. Musical numbers completed tha program and the beef barbecue barbe-cue dinner followed. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Hatch and Pres. Howard Knight were special guests as they had helped pre-pare pre-pare the barbecue. Many family groups were together to-gether for the occasion and Mayor May-or and Mrs. II. Revere Robinson enjoyed having their son, Clair, and family here from Parowan and daughters, Mrs. Shirley White and children from Summit, and Mrs. Donna Joiley and children from Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Wade also came from Cedar Ce-dar City. Mrs. Glenna Dodge and son Kevin and Mr. and Mrs. Waldo I Topham of Cedar City and the I Fred Tophams of Parowan joined Mr. and Mrs. George A. Topham. i Mrs. Kathleen Mitchell and her j daughter Carla came from Cedar City to attend the celebration with Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Stones, Mr. and Mrs. Mario Stones arrived ar-rived for the evening festivities. Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Holyoak came from Milford and Mr. and Mrs. Lanoir Holyoak from Lund. They remained to spend Sunday visiting with relatives. i Mrs. Clara Robb had her son Harold and his wife and brother-in-law J, C. Robb and his wife with her. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Montague, daughter Mary Jo and son Kent came from Payson. They spent the day with the W. T. Davenports Daven-ports and were joined by Mrs. Dott Smith of Parowan. Mrs. Leta Evans was here from Parowan to join her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Robinson. Mrs. Zelma Robb and son Gay-lord Gay-lord traveled to Mesa, Calif., last week to bring Mrs. Sandra Stevens Stev-ens and children here. They will vemain about ten days. Other week end visitors with the Robbs were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murie of Salt Lake City, Douglas Murie, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Jer-ry and daughter, and Mrs. Tess Mason and son, all of Cedar City-Mrs. Thelma Wood arrived here from Salt Lake City Friday to spend the week end with her brothers-in-law and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Edwards and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Davenport, Mrs. Lillis Spencer came from Parowan Paro-wan Saturday to join them. Mrs. Marion Rosenberg and members of her family, including Mr. and Mrs. David Piper and small son, were here from Cedar Ce-dar City Saturday, and Mrs. Carol Farnsworth and daughters came from Parowan to join the Lewis Davenport family. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Mortensen were here from Parowan to join Mrs. Lula Bastian. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Lamoreaux came from St. George to accompany accom-pany the Chester Robinsons. The Ralph Edwards children were here also, having come to spend th week enrl whiln their mother was in Salt Lake City for surgery. sur-gery. Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Dalton and children were here from Cedar with Mrs. Kina Robb. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Limb and family and the Jimmy Andersons were with the James II. Ander- j son family. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Talbot Tal-bot and children were with the Orsons Talbots. Mr. and Mrs. j Russell Johnson and daughter J Monigue were here from St. George and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Robb from Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stonebreak-er Stonebreak-er and small son are here from Fresno, Calif., for a week's visit with Mr. and Mrs. Alma Topham. !
