No-tice No-tice la hereby given that at the hour and date, and subject to terms specified below, the lands hereinafter designated as a leas. Inx unit, known to contain coal in commercial quantities, will be offered for coal lease by public auction In the land orfice named herein to qualified bidders of the highest cash amount as a bonus for the privilege of leasing pur-suant pur-suant to Section 2 of the Act of February 25, 1920 ( 41 Sta. 437), as amended. Sealed bids may be submitted. Such bids will be opened and read at the auction before bidding Is commenced by those present. The envelope used by the bidder must be plainly marked that it is not to be opened open-ed before the hour and date of the auction and should show that the bid is for coal lease U-019274. U-019274. Certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or money or-der or-der made payable to the Bu-reati Bu-reati of Land Management, or cash, for one-fifth of the amount atf the bid, and a showing by the bidder of his qualifications as specified in 43 CFR 193.11 (a) (2) and (3) must accompany each sealed bid, or be deposited on the dates of the sale by ar.y uc-cessful uc-cessful oral bidder with the manager of the Land Office, or other officer conducting the sale. No sealed bid received alier the hour and date of the sale will be considered. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
