Going into the tournament action ac-tion the Redmen will have one thing going for them. They have come on strong in the second half of league action to win four straight and go Into the tournament tour-nament with a fine winning streak. Two factors may detour the Redmen move however sickness and injury. Sandy Webster, Web-ster, who has been an instrumental instru-mental factor in the Redman move into second place, suffered an ankle injury and may not be back In action, or at least not at full strength. He missed last week's game against Hurricane and has only participated in 11-i 11-i mited practice sessions this week. ' Sickness took forward Scott Nelson out of school early this week and Coach Richard Hobbs is hoping that he regainr his strength before Friday' Impor-j Impor-j tant action. Otherwise the team is in good physical strength and the coach reports that the mental .attitude of the team is also at a peak at this time. Coach Hobbs feels hat the Cow-beat Cow-beat in this tournament, particularly parti-cularly if Little, who has been out with an Injury, Is back to full strength. The Cowboys have good experience and the seven seniors on that team will be a determined bunch to get a final crack at the State Tournament action. Neither of the Millard division teams can be ruled out. Both |
