Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah, under the provisions provi-sions of the Act of Congress approved ap-proved June 21, 1934 (48 Stat. 1185; 43 U.S.C. 871a) has filed application for the issuance of a confirmatory patent for the following-described lands granted to the State under various acts of Congress for the support of common schools: Utah 0124720 T. 33 S., R 12 W., S. L. Mer. Sees 2, 16, 32 Sec. 36. Lots 1-7. W'NEli. NW'i, NHSWU, NWV4SEU. Utah 0121713 T. 38 S., R. 12 W., S. L. Mer. Sees. 2, 16, 32. Utah 0121716 T. 36 S.. R. 17 W., S. L. Mer. Sees. 2, 16, 32, 36. Salt Lake Meridian, Utah. Persons asserting a claim to ar-' of the above-doscribod land otno. than through the State, or having a bonafide objection to the proposed Issuance of patent, are required to file protcts or notice of their claims with the Land Office Manager, P. O. Vox 11505, Salt Lake City, Utah 81111. Any claims or objections must be filed, with evidence that a copy thereof has been STved on the Utah State Land Board, within 30 days from date of last publication publi-cation indicated below. Where the State of Utah may have already al-ready transferred the lands to private ownership, the Issuance of a patent will not affect the present owner's title to the lands. J. E.
