Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water In Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are In SLB&M. To Change: a-3867 Enoch Culinary Water Wa-ter System, co Norman Grimshaw, Grim-shaw, Enoch, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of a portion of water rights covered by a group of Water Users' Claims in Cedar City Valley Proposed Determination. A total of .254 sec. ft. of water has been diverted at the following fol-lowing points: Springs: Claim 303 S. 2125 ft. and W. 852 ft. from NK Cor. The water has been used for the domestic requirements of 9 families and 156 persons, for the watering of 307 stock and 1148 chickens, and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 2.04 acres, all uses in said sec. 7. Hereafter, the same quant", of water is to be diverted at "the same points of diversion as above described, and in addition thereto there-to from an 8-ln. well, bet. 100 and 150 ft. deep at a point S. 90 ft and E. 2480 ft from WVi Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, R10W, and used for the same purposes as heretofore. a-4093 Heber M. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 4140 ft and E. 2160 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 5, T36S, R16W, and used for the domestic do-mestic requirements of one family, fam-ily, for the watering of 2000 sheep, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1, as a supplemental supply, for the Irrigation of 143 acres, limited lim-ited to the requirements for 72.8 acres, all uses In Lots 3, 6, 7, 11, 12. Sec. 5, T36S,- R16W. Hereafter, .648 sec. ft. of the above described right is to be I diverted from an existing well at a point S. 3885 ft and E. 1220 ft. from NVi Cor. Sec. 5, T36S, R16W. and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1. as a supplementary supply, sup-ply, for the irrigation of 117.5 acres In Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, Sec. 5, T36S, R16W, limited to the requirements re-quirements of 99.8 acres together with Water Users' Claim No. 309. To Appropriate: 33797 Richard Nelson. RFD No. 1, Box 32, Cedar City, Ut, .015 sec. ft. from a 6-in. well, bet 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 119 ft. and E. 1142 ft. from W14 Cor. Sec. 23, T35S, R11W. The water Is to be used for the domestic requirements re-quirements of one family, for the watering of 1000 sheep, 50 cattle and 6 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the Irrigation of JS acre, all uses In SW14NW4 said Sec. 23.
