Show LDS Wards to Sponsor Program by USU Student Group A 12-person troop of entertainers entertain-ers from Utah State University at Logan will be In Parowan tonight. to-night. Thursday, to present a variety program as a means of advertising the school and providing pro-viding entertainment for people in the area. The program in Parowan will be presented in the recreation hall of the Third Ward chapel ft n. m. and the urogram will be sponsored by the three Paro-wan Paro-wan Wards, according to Bishop Charles H. Gurr. The program, acceding to Bishop Gurr will consist of a one-uct one-uct play, dance numbers, Instrumental Instru-mental musical numbers with two vocal soloists appearing on the program. The sponsoring wards are using us-ing the program as a means of Taising funds for use in ward activities. ac-tivities. Ticket sales are being conducted in each ward, we understand un-derstand with the charge being 91.00 for adults and 50 cents for students with each ward receiving receiv-ing the receipts from its own ticket sales. Tickets will also be available at the door. The public' Is cordially invited to attend. |
