Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING Visiting with her family in Salt Lake City recently was Mrs. Thornton Jones. Mrs. Jones divided di-vided her time between the home of a son and daughter and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Grames and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Taylor. Ordervllle travelers stopping at the home of their son-in-law and daughter were Mr. and Mrs. Le-Grand Le-Grand Heaton. The Heatons were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Heyborne, Cedar City. Mrs. Marjorle Lee Howell and children who reside in Salt Lake City were pleased to have Mar-jorie's Mar-jorie's mother, Mrs. Clair Mac-farlane Mac-farlane of Cedar City, visiting with them for several days last week. Mrs. Ernest Moore of Parker, Arizona, visted with her daughter daugh-ter Phyllis and family at the Boyd Redington residence from Friday to Wednesday of this week. Four hours of night skiing under un-der spotlights were enjoyed by a large group last Wednesday night. Making arrangements for the winter snow affair were the local ski club officers Tom Murray, Mur-ray, Jr., Mike Deming and Karl Croft The event was enjoyed by over 60 people from ages five to 45. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Graff were guests at the home of Jerry's sister sis-ter (La Ren) and husband, Mr. arid Mrs. Charles Fleming of Las Vegas, Nev. The Graffs were ac- companied by two of their children chil-dren to Nevada where they spent the week end. Mrs. Louis Webster and son Sid, accompanied by Mrs. C. M. Browning, visited in Salt Lake City during the past week, at the home of the D. J. McMur-1 phys. Spending three days In Salt , Lake City combining business and pleasure were Mr. and Mrs. Rpld Gowor. While In Salt Lake they visited Mrs. Gower's sister. Miss Norma Orton. The Cowers also visited with Mr. Gower's sister sis-ter and family, Lou Jean and Don Williams, in Roy. |
