Show Cedar High School Award Winners Announced Pratt M. Bethers, principal of the Cedar City High School, announced an-nounced this week the scholar, ship nd activity awards at the school for the year 1955-56. Twenty-six activity awards Fourteen scholarship winners were also named plus alternates. Those receiving scholarships were as follows: The CSU Scholarship Is awarded award-ed on the basis of scholastic achievement only. Five of the top students In the senior class were then screened for the scholarships. scholar-ships. Jerry Lee, who held the highest scholastic record 'was first in line; however, he had already al-ready accepted a scholarship to the U of U and will enter the Navy R O T C program. The other four highest students included (not in order) Janlne Bauer, Clayton Petty, Robert Jones, and Edrick Twitchell.
