Show Death Claims Native Of Parowan in N. Y. Paul D. Parker, 34, native of Parowan, was accidentally killed by electrocution on Saturday, June 7, according to word received re-ceived by his sister, Mrs. Beatrice Brunson, in Cedar City. He was killed shortly before 5 p. m. Sat-urtday Sat-urtday while working on a Job at Niagara, Falls, N. Y. where he had been employed for only a month. According to word received by Mrs. Brunson from her brothers, David Vivian and Frank Parker, both of whom live in New York City, they are having the body of the accident victim shipped to Parowan for funeral services and burial on the Parker family plot in the city cemetery. Paul D. Parker was born in Parowan, a son of Daniel S. ana Nan McMullin Parker, and resided here until after World War II. He has resided in Indiana In-diana and New York most of the time since then. He is survived by four brothers bro-thers and three sisters as follows: fol-lows: Max Parker, Seattle, Wash.; David Vivian and Frank Parker, New York City; Robert Parker and Mrs. Helen Brock, Connors-ville, Connors-ville, Ind.; Mrs. Ruth Howcroft. Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Beatrice Brunson In Cedar City. Two of the brothers, Robert of Connersville and Max, of Seattle, Seat-tle, Wash., arrived here Tuesday Tues-day night to attend the funeral services. |
