Show judging for Royalty Scheduled By Cedar Lady Lions King and queen contest for young royalty for the July 4 celebration cel-ebration In Cedar City, will be selected on Thursday, June 19, It was announced by the Lady Lions today. Eligibility to enter the contest con-test has been limited to boys and girls four and five years of age. Children must not turn six before July 4 to be eligible, according ac-cording to Mrs. Orville Isorn, chairman. The contest will be staged In the Second Ward Church with registration betwen 3:30 and 4 p. m. Judging will be accomplished accomp-lished from 4 p. m. until the final decisions are reached. A program will be held for mothers during the contest and favors will be available for all children. Winners In the contest, in addition ad-dition to riding on the king and queen float in the July 4 parade, will be awaiid gold trophies. A king and queen, plus attend-ants attend-ants for both, will be named by the Judges, Mrs. Isom stated. |
