Show Richard A. Robinson Succumbs In California Home PARAGONAH Relatives here' received word on Sunday of the death of Richard A. Robinson, Jr., 86, former resident of our town. He died May 17 in Los Angeles and funeral services were held there on May 20. Burial Bur-ial was In the Rose Hill Cemetery, Ceme-tery, Whittier, Calif. Richard Ammon Robinson, Jr. was born in Paragonah Oct. 1, 1872 to Richard Ammon and Deborah Deb-orah Jane Harris Robinson. He married Martha Elizabeth Owens May 26, 1896 in the St. George LDS Temple. An active member of the church, he served as a bishop of the Belvedere Ward In Los Angeles. He fulfilled a mission mis-sion In Southern Utah and also a stake mission In California. Californ-ia. He helped pioneer Idaho and was a prominent farmer there. He is survived by three daugh-trs, daugh-trs, Mrs. Venice Lund, Larzana, Calif.; Dr. Tamzon Tylor, Los Angeles; An-geles; Mrs. Norma Bowman, El Monte, Calif.; two sons, Dr. Harris Har-ris O. Robinson, Los Angeles, and Dr. Ford A. Robinson, Victor ville, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, broth-ers, Dennison H. Robinson, Salt Lake City, and John Martin Robinson, Rob-inson, Idaho Falls, Idaho. |
