Show Land Management Bureau Election Date Set Nominations for election to the advisory board of the Bureau of Land Management, Virgin District Dis-trict No. 3, Department of the Interior and election has been announced for Wednesday, Dec. 15. Two vacancies have arisen with the expiration of the three-year three-year terms of Alfred C. Stucki of I Cedar City and George Henry Bowley, Gunlock. According to word received from the B L M office, nominations nomina-tions will begin at 1 p. m., Dec. 15, and balloting for the positions will get under way at 2 p. m. i and continue until 5 p. m. Voting will taken place in the Cedar City Post Office building in room 232, in Cedar City, or in the courtroom of the Washington Washing-ton County courthouse at St. George. According to information received re-ceived from Keith E. Norris, range manager, all qualified licensees li-censees and permittees are entitled en-titled to vote and are urged to attend the elections. Stucki has been a member of the board as a representative of Precinct No. 2 and this position posi-tion will be filled at the dec- tion in Cedar City. Bowler's vacancy va-cancy will he filled at the election elec-tion in St. George. He represents Precinct No. 3. |
